Welcome

ADSS Server (Advanced Digital Signing Server) is a full-featured, modular trust services platform built to deliver all essential trust services required by enterprises, trust service providers, and global governments.

The following diagram provides an overview of the ADSS Server product architecture and available interfaces:

ADSS Server Architecture

ADSS Server is unique in the market in that it can be used to provide its customers with:

  • Certification Services: ADSS Server can provide full Certification Authority services with the ability to host multiple internal or external CAs on the same software installation.

  • Certificate Validation: ADSS Server provides support for certificates to be validated via CRLs, Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP), or Server-side Certificate Validation Protocol (SCVP).

  • Timestamps: ADSS Server’s timestamping service can offer independent and irrefutable proof of time for transactions, documents, and digital signatures.

  • Digital Signature: ADSS Server’s signing service is a comprehensive solution for creating and verifying advanced digital signatures on any type of document, web form, or transaction.

  • Digital Signature Verification: ADSS Server provides a powerful signature verification service that can be used to verify signed data objects and validate the associated certificate chains.

  • Go>Sign: Go>Sign enables the use of keys and certificates that are stored locally within an end-user workstation. Together with the Go>Sign client, users can sign using PKCS#11 or CSP-based keys stored on devices such as tokens or smartcards.

  • Remote Authorisation Service: The Remote Authorisation Signing (RAS) Service, together with the Signature Activation Module (SAM), provides business applications the ability to register users, send hash signing requests, and check the status of pending signing requests. The Remote Authorisation Service also exposes a Cloud Signature Consortium-enabled API to provide the highest levels of interoperability for digital signatures.

  • Signature Activation Module: The Signature Activation Module (SAM) Service provides the capability to manage users and their signing keys and enables users to authorise digital signatures remotely and securely using their authorised mobile device.
