SigningHub v10.0.1

March 2025

New Features

SmartForms (SHE-49532)

SigningHub now offers SmartForms, allowing users to generate and sign documents on-demand via secure, shareable links, eliminating the need to send documents to each signer or a SigningHub account. Administrators can control access to this feature at the Service Plan and Role levels for streamlined management within the organisation.

iFraming Integration (SHE-44783)

SigningHub now supports the iframing of various views and components, enabling customers to securely integrate SigningHub functionality into their business without exposing SigningHub graphic elements. Users can access key SigningHub features directly within their applications, with appropriate role-based access control and security measures in place. This enhancement streamlines workflows by providing seamless integration without the need for users to leave their integrated environments.

Improvements

eID Easy Enhancement (SHE-49531)

SigningHub now supports Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES) through eID Easy, leveraging hash-signing methods. This enhancement expands upon the existing Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) functionality, offering seamless integration with a wider range of eID methods to align with diverse industry standards and global requirements.

Document and Template Viewer Enhancement (SHE-49042)

The document viewer and template viewer have been enhanced with recipient-specific colour schemes in draft mode, providing better visual distinction and consistent field assignments.

Bulk Signing from the Document Viewer (SHE-46963)

Users can now perform bulk signing directly from the document viewer, enabling them to sign all signature fields within a single document in one step. Additionally, users can bulk sign their pending documents from the document viewer, streamlining the signing process for multiple documents at once.

Sort Order for Signing Providers (SHE-48773)

SigningHub now allows an Enterprise Administrator to define the order in which signing providers appear in the 'Sign' dialogue, allowing the signing experience to be tailored for users based on their roles or service plans.

Improved Handling for In-Person Signatures via Signature Pads (SHE-49302)

When using a signature pad, SigningHub now ensures that in-person signature fields require a new signature to be captured for each field, preventing the use of pre-populated signatures and ensuring greater accuracy during the signing process.

Automatic Redirection to Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (SHE-48774)

SigningHub now supports automatic redirection to the configured privacy policy and terms of service, bypassing the intermediate page with a link, and providing a more seamless and efficient user experience.

Security Improvements

Multi-Tab Login Improvement (SHE-49002)

SigningHub now ensures that logging into one tab automatically logs the user into all other open tabs within the same browser, providing a seamless experience across tabs. However, once the browser is closed, the session will be lost, enhancing security and session management.
