Manage your enterprise identity verification policies

SigningHub enables Enterprise Administrators to manage (Add, Edit, and Delete) Identity Verification Policies at the enterprise level. These policies define the available identity verification methods and configurations that can be used across document workflows, signing, and field authentication scenarios. Identity Verification Policies are available to enterprise users based on their assigned roles and service plan configuration.

The Identity Verification Policies section will be visible only if Identity Verification is enabled in the service plan, allowed in the user's role, and supported in the system license.


View Identity Verification Policies

  1. Log in with your Enterprise Admin credentials.

  2. Click “Configuration” in the left menu.

  3. Click “Identity Verification Policies” under the Enterprise Settings section.

  4. The list of existing Identity Verification Policies will be displayed.


Create a new Identity Verification Policy

  1. Log in with your Enterprise Admin credentials.

  2. Click “Configuration” in the left menu.

  3. Click “Identity Verification Policies” under Enterprise Settings.

  4. Click the “Add Identity Verification Policy” button.

  5. The “Add Identity Verification Policy” screen will open.

  6. Enter the required information and click “Save”.


The following table describes the fields in this dialogue.

Fields
Description

Name

Specify a unique name for the Identity Verification Policy, e.g., “High Security Verification Policy”.

Description

Provide a description of the policy for reference and administrative clarity.

Profile

Select an Identity Verification Profile configured in the Service Plan. This determines the identity verification server and provider used for this policy. Once a profile is selected, available verification policies are fetched from the configured server and displayed for selection. This field will show the profiles configured in the service plan

Policies

This field is displayed after selecting a Profile. It lists the identity verification policies retrieved from the configured identity verification server. Administrators can select a policy to define the verification behaviour for this configuration.


Edit an Identity Verification Policy

  1. Log in with your Enterprise Admin credentials.

  2. Click “Configuration” in the left menu.

  3. Click “Identity Verification Policies” under Enterprise Settings.

  4. Select the desired policy and click “Edit” in the right panel.

  5. Modify the required details and click “Save”.


Delete an Identity Verification Policy

  1. Log in with your Enterprise Admin credentials.

  2. Click “Configuration” in the left menu.

  3. Click “Identity Verification Policies” under Enterprise Settings.

  4. Select the desired policy and click “Delete” in the right panel.

  5. Confirm the deletion in the dialogue box.
