Add stamp fields
Document owners and editors can prepare the document by placing stamp fields wherever required. Multiple stamp fields can be added to the same document, and each field can be positioned and resized according to preference. Adding stamp fields is subject to your assigned enterprise user role. If you wish to use this provision, ask your Enterprise Admin to enable the Stamps in your role.

Add a Stamp Field
Select the document from the Pages tab in the information panel, where the stamp is required.
Select the recipient from the Recipients tab for whom you want to add a stamp field.
Click the 'Stamp' field, and drop it onto the document.
Drag and drop the field anywhere in the document using your mouse. Grid lines assist with alignment.
Resize the field as required (Square or Rectangle) using the height and width controls or the bottom-right corner for diagonal resizing. The system remembers the field size and display preferences for future fields on the same document.
Click Properties to edit field parameters such as name, validation, replication, dimensions, and position.
Click Save.

These coordinates are only available as long as the status of a document is Draft.
