The "View your billing invoice" page guides you about accessing and managing the billing invoices associated with your account. This guide will walk you through the necessary steps to view your billing information, ensuring you stay informed about your account's financial details. Whether you are an enterprise admin or an individual user, follow the simple instructions below to view your invoices and maintain oversight of your service plan billing. SigningHub supports auto-billing based on your opted service plan and payment type.
Log in to enterprise admin or individual account (in case you are an individual user).
Click the 'Configurations' option in the navigation panel.
Click on the 'Plan and Billing' option. (If you are an Enterprise Admin, this will be located under the 'Enterprise Configurations' section. If you are an Individual User, this will be located under the 'Personal Configurations' section.)
On the 'Plan and Billing' screen, your invoices will be listed under the 'Billing History' section. Click on a billing invoice to see its details.
The "Billing" option is only available to the enterprise users who have the "Enterprise Billing" option enabled against their user role.
For a payment made through WorldPay, the "Agreement ID" and "Transaction ID" fields are used in the transaction.
For a payment made through Stripe, the "Customer ID" and "Charge ID" fields are used in the transaction record.
For a payment made through SSLCommerz, the "Transaction ID" or "Charge ID" fields are used in the transaction record.

Displays your opted payment type.
Billing Iteration
Displays whether a billing transaction is New or Recurrent.
Next Payment Date
Displays the date on which the next payment is scheduled against your subscribed service plan.
