Usage statistics provide the real-time status of your system usage, keeping you updated about the consumed and available resources. You can view the consumed Storage, Signatures, Workflow, Users, and Template stats out of their available limits. Based on your opted service plan, the resources quota is allotted to your account, not the user. This implies that in the case of an enterprise account, the quota is collectively assigned to the enterprise and not to each enterprise user, and hence the statistics are displayed accordingly.
Log in to enterprise admin or individual account (in case you are an individual user).
Click the 'Configurations' option in the navigation panel.
Click on the 'Plan and Billing' option. (If you are an Enterprise Admin, this will be located under the 'Enterprise Configurations' section. If you are an Individual User, this will be located under the 'Personal Configurations' section.)
The 'Plan and Billing' screen will appear, listing the details of your subscribed service plan.
You can also upgrade your service plan by clicking the 'Upgrade plan' button.
You can view the plan, and signature usage statistics by expanding the respective section.
Only the Account Owner has access to view the subscribed service plan and usage details:
For an Enterprise Service Plan, this information is available to the Enterprise Admin.
For an Individual Service Plan, only the Individual User can view these details.
"Simple Electronic Signatures" usage statistics will only be displayed if the "SIMPLE_ELECTRONIC_SIGNATURES" module is enabled in the license.

The "Billing" option is only available to the users who have the "Enterprise Billing" option enabled against their user role.
The "Pay As You Go" plans do not support recurrent payments.
For "Pay As You Go" plans, when 95% of the signature quota has been consumed, the system will send the user an email (to the enterprise owner) and display a banner on the SigningHub Dashboard, prompting the user about the consumption of their plan.
During the grace period, the system will display a banner on the SigningHub Dashboard, prompting the user that their plan is about to expire.
After the grace period, the system will display a banner on the SigningHub Dashboard, prompting the user that their plan has expired.
After the grace period, the user will not be able to share a workflow or make an "Only Me" workflow. However, the user will still be able to consume the signature quota remaining.
When the user switches from a "Pay Regularly" plan to a "Pay As You Go" plan, the "Pay Regularly" agreement will be revoked.
SigningHub will send an email reminder to the account owner on the due date for billing when:
For "Pay As You Go" plans
When 1 Year has passed since the last billing date
Pay Regularly
When either the user did not make the payment or the payment was not captured on the due date.
The "Make Payment" button appears on the 'Billing" screen only for the "Pay As You Go" plans:
When you have consumed 95% of your signature quota
When 1 Year has passed since the last billing date
