Delete your account

Though we will not be pleased to let you go, but sometimes we have to say goodbye. You may delete your SigningHub account anytime without any ifs and buts. This option is specifically related to the "Individual" account subscriptions and enterprise user accounts. However an enterprise owner cannot delete their account unless the enterprise ownership is transferred to another enterprise admin.

Delete your SigningHub account using SigningHub Web

1. Click on "Configurations" button in the navigation panel, then click on the "Personal Information" option in the Personal Configuration section.
2. Under "Account Deletion", click on the "Delete My Account" button.
3. Click "Send deletion email" in the confirmation dialogue.
4. A confirmation email will be sent to you with an encrypted link of account deletion. Click "Delete Account" from the email to conclude the account deletion process.

Delete your SigningHub account using SigningHub Mobile Apps

1. From the 'Dashboard' screen, click on the 'Settings' button (available in the bottom toolbar).
2. Click on the 'Security' section on the 'Settings' screen.
3. Click on the 'Account Deletion' option.
4. Click on the "Delete my account" button.
5. A confirmation message will appear. Click "Send deletion email" to continue.
6. A confirmation email will be sent to you with an encrypted link of account deletion. Click "Delete Account" from the email to conclude the account deletion process.
