Manage enterprise legal notices

SigningHub enables you to manage (Add, Edit, and Delete) enterprise legal notices. These legal notices will be available to all the enterprise users within your enterprise, when they configure recipients in a workflow.

Create a new enterprise legal notice

  1. Login with your enterprise admin credentials.

  2. Click "Configurations" in left menu and click "Legal notices" under Documents & Signing options in Enterprise Configurations section.

  3. Click "Add legal notice" button.

  4. Provide "Title", "Content".

  5. Click "Save changes". The saved notices can be used by your enterprise users, while and/ or while .

Edit your enterprise legal notice

  1. Login with your enterprise admin credentials.

  2. Click "Configurations" in left menu and click "Legal notices" under Documents & Signing options in Enterprise Configurations section.

  3. Select the desired legal notice and click "Edit" in right panel.

  4. Edit the required content and click "Save changes".

Delete your enterprise legal notice(s)

  1. Login with your enterprise admin credentials.

  2. Click "Configurations" in left menu and click "Legal notices" under Documents & Signing options in Enterprise Configurations section.

  3. Select the desired legal notice and click "Delete" in right panel.

  4. Again, click "Delete" in confirmation dialogue.
