Store installation

To add an app from the SharePoint Store, there are two options. Each option requires administrator access and includes essential steps to ensure the app is available for your organisation.

Option 1: Using the SharePoint Admin Center

  1. Access the SharePoint admin center through the Microsoft 365 admin portal.

  2. From the SharePoint admin page, scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu and select More features.

  3. Under the Apps section, open the App Catalogue. If an App Catalogue has not been created, you’ll need to set one up to enable organisational app management.

  4. In the App Catalogue, go to SharePoint Store at the top of the page to browse available apps.

  5. Search for the SigningHub SharePoint integration app in the store and select Add.

  6. After adding the app, configure its availability settings to control which users in your organisation can access it. This step ensures that the app is accessible to the intended audience.

After installing the application, you can install the app on your SharePoint site: Adding the application to a SharePoint Site

Option 2: Adding the App Directly from the SharePoint Site

Alternatively, you can add the app directly from within your SharePoint site.

  1. Navigate to the SharePoint site where you’d like to install the app.

  2. Go to Site Contents and select New > App.

  3. Search for the SigningHub integration app in the SharePoint Store, and follow the prompts to add it directly to your site.

Both options provide access to the app, but using the admin center allows greater control over app availability across the organisation, while adding it directly from a site is quicker for immediate use on that site.

After adding the app, you will need to enable the app by choosing the appropriate app availability settings. This step is crucial as it determines who within your organisation can access the app.

Once the app is enabled, you should also approve the necessary Graph API access to ensure that the app can communicate with Microsoft Graph services. This approval may involve reviewing the permissions requested by the app and granting admin consent if required.

This step can only be done from the SharePoint admin center via the Microsoft 365 admin portal, in the left-hand menu, scroll down to find and select Advanced > API access.
