User login
Once the configuration settings are properly set up and an administrator has configured the SigningHub settings, regular users can log in to the integration by clicking on the SigningHub button. The login screen will appear, asking for the user’s email and password:
Email: SigningHub Enterprise user account
Password: SigningHub Enterprise user account password

Connection Error
If a user encounters a connection error, an error message will appear, and the option to update configuration settings will be provided.
This can happen if the configuration values had changed in SigningHub and might no longer be valid. Users can then choose to re-enter only their email and password or contact an administrator to update the configuration settings as needed to attempt login again.
