Zip the documents before download

When a workflow is finished, the completed documents will be saved as a zip file.

Include Workflow Evidence Report

Includes the Workflow Evidence Report when downloading the SigningHub documents to SharePoint.

The Workflow Evidence Report will be saved using the specified postfix (i.e. "_EvidenceReport").

Note: If you prefer to include package IDs with your evidence report, you can use [UNIQUE_ID] within the postfix (e.g., _[UNIQUE_ID]).

Storing location

The location of completed workflows can be configured with the following options.

Store in a dedicated folder of the originating document library

Saves the completed documents in a dedicated new folder, alongside the original document(s).

Use the textfield to specify the name of the dedicated folder (e.g., Signed).

Store in the originating document folder

Save completed documents directly in the original document library or folder where they were initially located.

Store in a custom folder

Select a custom document library or folder for saving completed documents.

  1. The document libraries in your SharePoint account will appear on the screen.

  2. Choose your preferred library from the dropdown menu.

  3. Select a specific folder or subfolder from the list.

Completed documents, no matter where they were originated, will be saved to the same defined location.

Document Name

Save name as original with postfix

This option saves signed versions as new document copies with a custom postfix (e.g., _processed).

When a workflow is completed, the processed documents will be saved as separate copies with the chosen postfix appended to their names.

The Package ID can be included in the postfix, use the keyword [UNIQUE_ID] within the postfix (e.g., _processed_[UNIQUE_ID]).

This setup is useful when you need to retain both the original and completed documents for your records.

Same name as original

Replaces the original documents with their signed versions inside the SharePoint library.

When a workflow is finished, the original documents will be automatically replaced with the respective completed documents.
