Channel

A Teams Channel is a dedicated space within a Microsoft Teams team where members can collaborate on specific topics, projects, or tasks. It is part of a larger team (which is essentially a collection of people working together on common goals), and each channel within a team can focus on different subjects or aspects of that work.

Knowing this, SigningHub can also be used within a channel. Users can start a post, tag SigningHub, and enter a prompt such as Hi or Sign followed by attaching the document they wish to prepare. In this workflow, during the package preparation step, recipients must be added manually, as Teams does not automatically provide a list of channel members. SigningHub will inform the user of this during the process.

As with other workflows, users will receive individual Teams cards requiring them to sign or perform actions on the package in the correct recipient order. Notifications will continue to appear in the channel until the workflow is complete.
