Group Chat
SigningHub can be added to a Teams Group, allowing users to interact with it within the group in the same way they would in a personal chat. To enable signing, add SigningHub to your group/meeting.
On View and add participants menu, select Add agents and bots and search for SigningHub.


After add it, SigningHub can be tagged in the text area, using the same prompts: Hi or Sign followed by attaching the document they wish to prepare.

It functions similarly to a personal chat, with the main difference being that workflow status messages are posted to the group. During package preparation, all members of the group are initially included as signer recipients by default. This can be adjusted in the preview stage, as usual. SigningHub then sends individual cards to the users who need to sign or take action, following the recipient order in the workflow until the package is completed.
