Personal Chat

SigningHub integration allows user to start a new Personal Chat with it, adding a conversation directly with SigningHub Bot, the user can start a conversation using the prompts that are available on Teams:

• Help: This prompt provides quick help guide to assist in using the SigningHub bot.

• Hi: This prompt displays the SigningHub Workflow hello message with basic usage instructions, or asks for the SigningHub credentials if it is the first use.

• Sign: This prompt asks SigningHub to sign the documents the user attach to the message.

• List X: This prompt checks the status of your own documents, The number of documents retrieved is X (default is 5; the maximum is 20). It also provides the option to view a document by following the displayed link. It is recommended to use this option only in a personal chat, as it involves personal information.

The user can interact with SigningHub at any time, and SigningHub will send a card whenever an event occurs.

For the initial use, after sending the prompt Hi, the bot will respond with a card prompting the user to enter their credentials in order to establish the SigningHub connection.

After a successful submission, the bot will send a card confirming the success, and the integration will be ready for use.

Once the connection is established, all prompts will be available for use. For example, during the Sign event, after the user sends the Sign prompt, they should attach the document they want to prepare for signing. Once the package is ready, SigningHub will send a card with the option to check the status of the package at any moment and another one to prepare the package, allowing the user to manage recipients and include the fields they prefer to sign, just as they would on the SigningHub website.

After the Share option is selected, the user will receive a notification in the chat indicating that the shared action was performed, and the package will be shared with the recipients who need to sign or take action on the document in order.

SigningHub will send cards to the different users based on the recipient workflow order. Once all recipients have completed their actions, the owner of the package will receive a notification card informing them that the package is complete and can now be viewed and downloaded.
