Search an Account
SigningHub Admin provides a comprehensive search facility to search registered accounts. You can either use default searches or use the account email ID to locate accounts. You can even create your own search criteria to locate accounts.
Search for accounts through the default search
Click the 'Accounts' option from the navigation panel. The 'Accounts' screen will appear.
Click
in the search bar.
Click the desired criteria from the list to view the respective accounts. See the table below for the description of default search options.

All Accounts
Returns all registered enterprise and individual accounts in your SigningHub deployment.
Enterprise Accounts
Returns only registered enterprise accounts in your SigningHub deployment.
Individual Accounts
Returns only registered individual accounts in your SigningHub deployment.
Inactive Accounts
Returns all accounts that have been registered in an enterprise and activation email was sent to these accounts, but the users has not yet activated these account through the activation email.
Locked Accounts
Returns all locked accounts in your SigningHub deployment. The accounts that have been auto locked by SigningHub because the users have crossed the defined number (i.e. threshold count) of invalid login attempts.
Dormant Accounts
Returns all dormant accounts in your SigningHub deployment.
User Feedback
Returns all accounts which have been deleted by the users themselves by using the "Delete My Account" option from SigningHub Desktop Web.
Search for an account through manual search
Click the 'Accounts' option from the navigation panel. The 'Accounts' screen will appear.
Specify the account email ID in the search field and click
.
Download the records to an Excel sheet
You can also export the searched records to an Excel sheet file (xlsx). For this:
Click the 'Accounts' option from the navigation panel. The 'Accounts' screen will appear.
Search for the desired accounts.
Click
available at the bottom of the Accounts screen. The Excel sheet file is downloaded to your local Downloads folder.
