Analytics Tracking Codes

The Analytics Tracking Codes page enables administrators to integrate third-party analytics tools with SigningHub Desktop Web. By configuring tracking codes for platforms such as Google Analytics, Bing, Pixel, and Azure Application Insights, administrators can monitor user activity, traffic sources, and application performance. These insights help in understanding user behaviour, identifying usage trends, and optimising the overall SigningHub experience.

Configure the 'Analytics Tracking Codes' parameters in Global Settings

1. Click the 'Configurations' option from the navigation panel.

2. Click the 'Global Settings' option.

3. Select the 'Analytics Tracking Codes' option from the drop-down.

4. Configure these settings as required and click the "Save" button. See the table below for field descriptions.

Fields	Description
Google tracking code (Desktop Web)	Specify the key for the Google Analytics engine to track the users' activities from the SigningHub Desktop Web, for example: UA-72575722-1
Bing tracking code (Desktop Web)	Specify the key for the Bing Analytics engine to track the users' activities from the SigningHub Desktop Web, for example: 5319927
Pixel tracking code (Desktop Web)	Specify the key for the Pixel Analytics engine to track the users' activities from SigningHub Desktop Web, for example: 204784126598251
Application insights instrumentation key	Azure Application Insights gives great insight into how the application behaves in different browsers and which are the slow Ajax requests. It helps in understanding the user behaviours, statistics about which areas of the system are being used more than others. This key is specifically related to the deployment on Azure, and you can get it from your Azure Application Insights, e.g. eabad12d-e4c7-34d9-b5e4-54a63018d22f. It is used to monitor your application status on Azure, i.e. user traffic, JavaScript errors, slow Ajax calls, etc. If you don't provide this key, there will be no monitoring on the Azure deployment. Please note that the Application insights instrumentation key is currently available for SigningHub Desktop Web only.
