License

The License page allows administrators to configure and manage the SigningHub software license for on-premises deployments. From here, you can upload the license file, download the current license, and monitor usage limits for users and signatures based on your purchased quota. These settings ensure that your SigningHub deployment operates within the boundaries of the licensed entitlements. Contact sales to get the SigningHub license.

Configure the SigningHub license file

1. Click the 'Configurations' option from the navigation panel.

2. Click the 'License' option.

3. The 'License' page is displayed for you to make the necessary changes.

4. Click to browse the "license.xml" file on your system.

5. Configure these settings as required and click the 'Save' button. See the table below for field descriptions.

Download Current License: If you want to download your current license file, click the "Download Current License" button. Allowed Limits: This table shows the total count of allowed "Users" and "Signatures" quota in the license, and consumed "Users" and "Signatures" quota in your deployment.

Allowed Limits
Fields	Description
Users - Allowed	Total count of allowed users quota in the license.
Users - Consumed	Total count of consumed users quota in your deployment.
Signatures - Allowed	Total count of allowed signatures quota in the license.
Signatures - Consumed	Total count of consumed signatures quota in your deployment.
Simple Electronic Signatures - Allowed	Total count of allowed simple electronic signatures quota in the license.
Simple Electronic Signatures - Consumed	Total count of consumed simple electronic signatures quota in your deployment.

1. Allowed limit >Simple Electronic Signatures will only be displayed if the "SIMPLE_ELECTRONIC_SIGNATURES" module is enabled in the license.

2. If the "SIMPLE_ELECTRONIC_SIGNATURES" module is enabled in the license, all the digital signatures performed having any level of assurance will consume the quota of "Signatures" and "SIMPLE_ELECTRONIC_SIGNATURES" will consume a separate quota of "Simple Electronic Signatures". If the "SIMPLE_ELECTRONIC_SIGNATURES" module is disabled in the license, all the signatures will consume the quota of "Signatures".

3. The Electronic Seals feature will be supported by the system if the "ELECTRONIC_SEALS" module is enabled in the license. When "ELECTRONIC_SEALS" is enabled, it will consume the quota of "Signatures".
