Reset Usage Statistics of an Account
Reset the usage statistics of an account
Click the 'Accounts' option from the navigation panel. The 'Accounts' screen will appear.
Search for the account whose usage statistics you want to reset.
Now click the menu icon
adjacent to it, and select the 'Reset Usage Statistics' option.
A confirmation dialogue will appear; click Yes to reset the account usage statistics. The allowed number of workflows and signatures (of the subscribed service plan) will be reset to zero in the user account.
