View Account Payments

View the payments made against an account

1. Click the 'Accounts' option from the navigation panel. The 'Accounts' screen will appear.

   
2. Search for the account whose payments you want to view.

3. Now click the menu icon adjacent to it, and select the "User Activity" option.

4. A screen will appear, click the "Billing" tab. All the payment records related to this account will be listed. You can also view the associated information of each record by clicking the "Details" option. Scroll down the grid to view the older payments. The system will keep fetching the records accordingly.
