Archive an Account

Archive an account

  1. Click the 'Accounts' option from the navigation panel. The 'Accounts' screen will appear.

  2. Search for the account that you want to archive.

  3. Now click the menu icon adjacent to it, and select the 'Mark As Dormant' option. A confirmation dialogue will appear; click 'Yes' to mark the selected account as dormant. Once the user account is marked as 'Dormant', it can be archived.

  4. Now click adjacent to it, and then select the "Archive" option. A confirmation dialogue will appear; click Yes to mark the selected account as archived.

  1. An Email notification is sent to the email address provided in the field "Send Notification To>Data Settings".

  2. As the account is marked as archived its user data (user profile, document packages, user document packages, evidence report and user document packages log) will be saved in the “Archived Directory Path>Data Settings".

  3. After the account is made an archive, it will be deleted from the "Accounts" page.​

  4. "Archive Account" action cannot be reverted.

  5. Administrators should have 'delete' rights to mark a user account as archived.

  6. The archive Account feature is available through the license.

  7. The data Archiving feature is available only if the user is allowed to archive in the license.
