Mark an account as Dormant

  1. Click the 'Accounts' option from the navigation panel. The 'Accounts' screen will appear.

  2. Search for the account that you want to make dormant.

  3. Now click the menu icon adjacent to it, and select the 'Mark As Dormant' option. A confirmation dialogue will appear; click 'Yes' to mark the selected account as dormant.

  1. On marking a user dormant, their data (user count in the license, service plan's consumed stats, certificates and billings) will be removed.

  2. Dormant accounts cannot perform any action or Login in to SigningHub.

  3. Dormant accounts will be shown to the SigningHub Admin only. These can be deleted or archived from the system by the SigningHub Admin.

  4. You cannot mark an enterprise owner/parent account as dormant unless all its child nodes are deleted or dormant.​

  5. "Mark As Dormant" action cannot be reverted.

  6. Administrators should have 'edit' rights to mark a user account as dormant.
