Profile

The Profile page allows you to manage and update your administrator account details in SigningHub Admin. From this page, you can update your name, mobile number, and profile picture, while your email address and role are visible but cannot be changed.

Edit your personal information

1. Click on 'Personal Information' in the navigation panel.

2. From the drop-down, click on 'Profile'.

3. Your admin profile will be opened in editable mode. Update your display name, mobile number and display picture as required.

4. Click the 'Save' button to save these changes.

Profile
Fields	Description
Name	An editable name field to update your name. This name will be displayed on your dashboard and in the Operators section of Access Control.
Email address	An uneditable field of your email address that was specified in your administrator certificate.
Role	The role assigned to your profile defines your allowed access in the system. See details.
Mobile number	An editable field to capture the mobile number of the system administrator. By default, the specified number is displayed partially masked to comply with the GDPR policy. Click to view the complete number.
Picture	Click the "Browse" button to browse and upload your display picture. This will be displayed on the top right corner of the screen.
