Reset the password of your enterprise user

SigningHub lets you initiate the password changing process of your enterprise users. In this case, a password resetting email is sent to the respective enterprise user, from where they can change their account password.

Reset the password of your enterprise user

1. Login with your enterprise admin credentials.

2. Click on "Configuration" in left menu and click "Users" under People options in Enterprise Administration section. Users Screen will appear.

3. If you want to view further detail of your user, select the user and click "User preferences" button in right panel.

   
4. Click "Reset password" button.

   

The respective enterprise user will be sent an email including the password change link. From where they can change their SigningHub account password.
